Plastic submersible pumps will inevitably have some failures in the process of use, and there are different treatment methods for different pumps.
1. The pump vibrates violently
The reason for this is that the water pump is not fixed firmly, and if the height of the water pump is too high, it will also vibrate. Another possibility is that the water pump bearing and the motor bearing are not on the same line, which will cause the imbalance of the water pump to generate vibration.

2. Small flow
When the water pump suddenly has a very small flow rate, it is likely that the suction pipe is leaking, or the bottom valve is leaking. This also happens when the water source is not enough. If the sealing ring of the water pump is worn, it will also cause such a situation. Check the suction pipe to see if there is air leakage, and if there is air leakage, block the air leakage. If the sludge enters the pump, the sludge in the pump should be cleaned out. It is also possible that the water pump bearing is worn too much and then a new bearing should be replaced.
3. The water pump does not produce water
If the water pump does not produce water, it may be that the water pump is broken, or there is no water in the water pump, and the water level of the water source is low. At this time, it is necessary to check the entire pump, fill the pump with water, and place the pump below the water level. If it is determined that the water pump is broken, it should be repaired in time.
