The screw pump is a positive displacement pump whose main components are the rotor and the stator. The rotor is a screw (rotor) with a large lead, a large tooth height and a small inner diameter. The stator is a double-ended helix and a matching screw sleeve. Therefore, a space for the storage medium is formed between the rotor and the stator. When the rotor runs in the stator, the medium moves axially from the suction end to the discharge end.

Features of screw pump
1. The spiral sealing wire between the stator and the rotor completely separates the air inlet chamber and the air outlet chamber, so that the pump has the function of valve isolation;
2. It can realize multiphase mixed transportation of liquid, gas and solid;
3. When the fluid in the pump flows, the volume remains unchanged, and there is no stirring and pulsation of the Swiss flow;
4. The volume cavity formed by the elastic stator can effectively reduce the wear when conveying the medium containing solid particles;
5. The viscosity of the input medium can reach 50,000 MPas, and the solid content can reach 50%;
6. The flow is proportional to the rotational speed, the pump can automatically adjust the volume with the help of the governor, and can carry forward and reverse.
