1. Pump quality problem. In case of water pump quality issues(non-human factor) in the warranty period, free spare parts are provided to replace. Another workable solutions are supported as well.

3. New product or discount policy updates. Once there is any new products or discounts, you will be notified at the early first time.

1. Provide or Supply relative certificates according to order like CB, CE, ISO...
2. Provide FREE packing design for order
3. To Negotiate and give feedback in time in technical & manufacturering situation
4. Cooperate with the Third-party well from purchasing,producing to goods inspection (If it has)
