Water level sensor is installed in water tank. With it or without it, the whole system can work. The function of it is to detect the water level. When the water is full or lack of water, it will send a signal to solar pump, and the solar pump will stop or begin to work. It is not necessary to install water level sensor in water source place. Because solar pump has the function of anti dry running protection. When there is no water here, pump will stop to work and when there is water, it will restart to operate.
